1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This Policy defines the procedure for the processing and protection of personal data (hereinafter — PD) of users of the website https://logilux.ru/ (hereinafter — the Website) by Quick Logistics LLC (TIN 7804511382, PSRN 1137847247120, address: 195027, Saint Petersburg, Shaumyana Ave., 8, “Esten” Business Center, office 207), hereinafter — the Operator.
1.2. This Policy has been developed in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006 (as amended on June 24, 2025), and other regulatory acts of the Russian Federation.
1.3. By using the Website and its services, the User expresses their unconditional consent to this Policy and the terms of processing their PD specified herein. In case of disagreement, the User must stop using the Website.
2. COMPOSITION OF PERSONAL DATA
2.1. The Operator may process the following categories of PD:
— Full name;
— Contact details (phone numbers, email address);
— Data that the User independently provides in feedback forms and requests;
— Technical data (IP address, cookie data, browser information, visit history).
2.2. A more detailed list of PD is contained in the Operator’s internal Policy.
2.3. The processing of cookies and other technical data (IP address, browser information, session parameters) is carried out using analytics services. Processing is carried out based on the User’s browser settings. If the User continues to use the Website, this is considered their consent to the processing of the specified technical data. The User may disable cookie storage at any time in their browser settings.
3. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
3.1. The Operator processes PD for the following purposes:
— Selection of logistics services in accordance with the User’s request;
— Consulting on cargo transportation and logistics matters;
— Conclusion and execution of contracts for the provision of transport and logistics services;
— Assistance in organizing transportation (with separate consent);
— Sending informational and advertising messages (with separate consent);
— Analyzing Website traffic and improving its performance (using cookies);
— Compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4. LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING
4.1. Processing of PD is carried out on the following grounds:
— Consent of the PD subject to the processing of their PD;
— Performance of a contract to which the PD subject is a party;
— Compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5. PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS OF PROCESSING
5.1. The Operator performs the following actions with PD: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, extraction, use, transfer, anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
5.2. Processing is carried out in a mixed manner (automated and non-automated).
5.3. The Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect PD from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions. Such measures include: appointing a person responsible for PD processing, issuing internal documents, applying anti-virus protection, password policy, and storing data in secured premises.
5.4. All personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation are stored and processed using databases located on the territory of the Russian Federation.
6. TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES
6.1. The Operator has the right to transfer PD to third parties exclusively with the consent of the PD subject and for the purposes of processing:
— To carriers and freight forwarders — for organizing and executing transportation;
— To contractors providing technical support for the Website and CRM systems (e.g., hosting providers, software developers) — to ensure the operability of services;
— To government authorities — in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
— To providers of analytics and internet statistics services (e.g., Yandex.Metrica) — for analyzing traffic and improving the Website’s performance.
6.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data (transfer to the territory of foreign states) is not carried out by the Operator.
7. STORAGE PERIODS AND DESTRUCTION
7.1. PD are stored no longer than required by the purposes of processing, unless a different period is established by law or contract. In particular, contracts with clients and related documents are stored for 5 years from the date of contract termination. Data processed based on advertising consent are stored until such consent is withdrawn.
7.2. Destruction of PD is carried out upon achieving the purposes of processing, expiration of storage periods, or withdrawal of consent. Destruction is carried out within no more than 30 days from the date the grounds arise, which is formalized by a Destruction Act. If destruction is impossible due to legal requirements, the data are blocked and stored until the mandatory period expires.
8. USER RIGHTS
8.1. The User has the right to:
— Receive information about the processing of their PD;
— Demand the clarification, blocking, or destruction of their PD;
— Withdraw consent to PD processing at any time;
— Appeal the Operator’s actions to Roskomnadzor or in court.
8.2. To exercise their rights, the User shall send a request to email: info@logilux.ru or to the Operator’s postal address. The request must contain the full name and other information allowing reliable identification of the User’s identity (e.g., number and date of the main identity document, contact details previously provided when contacting) and confirm their participation in relations with the Operator. Response time — 10 working days.
8.3. The User has the right to unsubscribe from advertising and informational mailings at any time. To unsubscribe, simply click the “Unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of each email, or send an email to info@logilux.ru with the subject “Unsubscribe from mailing.”

10. FINAL PROVISIONS
