What types of containers do you work with?
We work with all types of containers, from standard 20DC to non-standard FLAT RACK containers.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping terms. On average, transit time from Asia is around 30 days, and transit time from the port of Rotterdam to Saint Petersburg is 3 days.
What types of cargo do you not work with?
We do not work with any types of weapons and ammunition, excisable goods (tobacco, alcohol), live plants, pharmaceutical products, or sawn timber.
How do you handle sanctioned cargo?
For handling sanctioned cargo and parallel imports, alternative routes through friendly countries (Turkey, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan) are used.
Do you provide door-to-door delivery?
Yes, we arrange cargo pickup from the sender, delivery and loading of the container onto the vessel at the port of departure, carry out sea freight, and organize delivery of the customs-cleared cargo to the consignee's warehouse.
