The supplier won't sell the required equipment or goods — can you help?
Yes, this is one of our core activities. Very often under current conditions, suppliers refuse to work upon learning of a Russian consignee. That is why we use our controlled companies in Europe, Turkey, and Serbia as intermediaries for purchasing the required goods.
What types of cargo do you not work with?
We do not work with any types of weapons and ammunition, excisable goods (tobacco, alcohol), live plants, or pharmaceutical products.
Do I have to act as a foreign trade participant, or can you handle the entire process?
If you do not plan to participate in foreign economic activity yourself, we are ready to take over this process completely. We will draw up a contract for the purchase of goods, arrange their import into the territory of the Russian Federation, and carry out customs clearance on behalf of our company, freeing you from participation in import operations.
Do you provide product labeling, including the "Honest Sign" system?
Yes, we provide product labeling services, including the issuance of "Honest Sign" system codes. For each unit of product subject to mandatory labeling, we issue a unique control identification code and transmit the data to the relevant state information systems, such as EGAIS and "Honest Sign."
What obligations and guarantees do you provide?
We ensure cargo safety, strict adherence to delivery deadlines, and compliance with all customs requirements. The company bears full responsibility for the transportation process at every stage.
